SHIPPING AND RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. After this period, returns will not be accepted, as established by art. 104 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, consolidated text of the Law on Consumers and Users. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, with labels and wrappers intact. Custom-made and personalized garments in design or measurements are not eligible for return. Returns due to defects or flaws will not incur any cost for the buyer. Returns for withdrawal must be made by certified mail or private courier contracted and paid for by the buyer. The shipping address is C/ Falperra 9 bajo. CP: 15005 A Coruña. Under no circumstances will cash on delivery packages be accepted. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days from the date we receive the item and will be made by bank transfer to the account number you provide. The refund amount will correspond to the price of the returned item (shipping costs excluded)
